We are New Hampshire’s only certified Cesar Gracie Jiu-jitsu Academy. Chris Konelas is a certified brown belt directly awarded by Cesar. Chris has trained with Cesar since 1995 and continues to maintain his friendship with him. Chris is actively training toward Black Belt in the Gracie Federation of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. When you train with us, your belt ranking will be recognized by The Federation.

We offer an awesome beginner training course. You will be the center of our focus. We help you progress from white to black belt in an organized and professional atmosphere. We will instruct you in the basic fundamentals with a very caring and detailed attitude. Our classes are friendly, fun and educational! Once you have developed the fundamental skills, you will be promoted to our intermediate program. In this program you will be challenged and encouraged to perform your best. You will have the opportunity to train with professionals who will help you achieve a higher level of skill! We leave out the ego and focus on you!
